About JPS.L

Led by Jennifer Parker-Stanton and Jake Lazere, the JPS.L Group is composed of experienced realtors with design backgrounds. We work with the respected, locally-owned boutique brokerage DPP. We pride ourselves on providing full service to our clients – from navigating complex regional markets and transactional intricacies to providing skillful negotiation and design resources. Our goal is to make what can be a stressful process enjoyable.

Our combined experience in design fields including architecture and fashion inform our practice – from advising our sellers on how to prepare their properties for listing (click here for more) to assisting buyers in finding and understanding the value of design-led properties including the potential of overlooked ones.
